Typical Rogers IT mess. I noticed this morning they had changed the layout of the myrogers.com page. Several hours later it reverted back to the old layout. Guess they couldn't make it work and messed up a few things in the process.
They're messing around again as discussed in the Anyplace TV thread. I called them a couple of weeks ago because I couldn't see my February bill, only January and earlier. I received a call this evening from a Rogers CSR stating that my problem was because they had two e-mail addresses in my files. I stated that nothing had changed in several years, but that all of a sudden I couldn't see my most recent bill, so it was a change at their end that caused the issue. Both my e-mail addresses work, but if two are a problem, I told him to pick one. He stated that all should be fine with the March bill, which comes out in a few days. We'll see.
When it comes to testing before implementing their website and their STB firmware leaves much to be desired.
I see they've switched to the "new" format again... Things have moved around a bit, so you may wish to familiarize yourself with the new layout.
For example, Anyplace TV is no longer on the overview page, as discussed in the Anyplace thread - it's under "TV" and not called Anyplace. Live TV may respond differently if you're on a Tablet app via your home WiFi, or on a computer, etc.
The overview used to take quite a while to load (depending on how many services you had). I believe it now it takes a lot less time and when you click on the tabs, those too are faster. It's an extra click if what you used before was on the overview, but I believe it's faster (even with the extra click) and perhaps allows the website to handle more customers without getting bogged down.
