Low volume on The Shopping Channel HD

On Aug 25 I noticed that the volume on TSC HD was much lower than the day before on Roger's Cable.

Has anybody else noticed that & is there anything that can be done. It's a pain to keep having to adjust the volume for just one station.

I'd consider that an improvement. ;-)

However, I don't think Rogers has anything to do with that. For them to control the volume, they'd have to receive the audio, modify it, and then reinsert it into the data stream. It's more likely an issue with the source.

I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

Rogers owns the Shopping Channel so it is a Rogers problem. Exactly where the problem lies is up for debate but ultimately some Rogers techs will have to fix it.

Rogers Employee. My posts should not be considered as coming from an authorized corporate source.
