Samsung Multiroom on PC Problems

Hey all

I hope this is in the right area.

I have a Samsung 75JU7100 with the HW-J7500 sound bar and two M3 speakers. They are all connected to the hub. The Multiroom app works fine on my mobile device.

However, I have a new ASUS TP500L laptop with Windows 10, and the desktop version of the app won't work. Does anyone else have this problem?

It won't load the folders my music is in. I also cannot find it on my phone when I open the app on my phone.

Debug Error!

Program:.....\wireless audio - multiroom for desktop\DMSSettings.exe

Invalid allocaction size: 4294967295 bytes.

(please Rerty to debug the application)

Thanks

I figured it out. You can make programs compatible with older versions of windows. There's even a guide to help you. Right click on any program that does not work and you will find it in properties.

I have to run it under Windows XP service Pack 3

Case closed.
