is it O.K to use Vista sm bus for HTPC?

I putting together my first HTPC, used only for recording tv,etc. I need to get OS system & I want to use WMC. I saw someone selling a cheap Windows Vista small business OEM with full working license (never been opened). Would this be O.K to use on my HTPC? would Vista small business have Winodws Media Centre on it & be O.K. to use as the operating system on my HTPC?

Thank you

Vista Business Edition doesn't have Windows Media Center. The only ones that do are Home Premium and Ultimate Edition.
