My Rogers Yahoo! Email Folders have no emails in them.

Hi.

When I went to check my Rogers Yahoo! email account a few hours ago, I saw that all the emails I had in a lot of folders I was keeping for sorting were deleted.

I think it has something to do with Rogers and Yahoo! breaking up.

The folders were stuff like 'Best Buy', 'Cineplex' et al.

Is there a way to get those back?

Did you originally have a Yahoo account that was merged with Rogers? If so, they may be under your Yahoo account. There was an email sent out that said the accounts were being split.

I haven't lost my mind. It's around here...somewhere...

The Rogers Yahoo! email account I had, I started using in 2004.

But my account still looks like it's merged.

Do you have any screenshots as to what the split email accounts are supposed to look like? I can't really tell.

Sorry, I don't. I never had a Yahoo account before Rogers moved the email there.

What did Rogers or Yahoo say about the issue when you contacted them?

Try contacting @comm unityhelps on the rogers forums.

Someone on there had a very similar issue.. and they were able to give a hand in sorting it out I think.
