I too had problems with Wind about 6 weeks ago (but was re texts, after porting from elsewhere to a new phone). Found a Wind-corporate store and got them to do all the leg work to troubleshoot. (Non-corporate store can do only limited support as they cannot access your account). Ask their support for your nearest.
