Running Speaker Wires

I ran 1 speaker wire from inside my house to outside last fall.

Drywalled, plastered and painted everything. I'm just getting around to designing a deck and have realized that I ran 1 speaker wire to the outside rather than 2. I was in a rush when I drywalled and wasn't thinking about outdoor speakers at the time.
Is there anything I can do so I can have 2 outdoor speakers with only 1 wire?
Or
Can I use the existing wire to try to run another?

use that one wire to fish 2 different wires through? if you get lucky and don't have any snags it could work. tape 2 wires to that one wire very well and pull.

Yeah, do what takeaim suggests... or if you're happy with mono sound you're all set up for that.

Hide behind baseboards? How much distance do you need to travel?

That was my plan, to use the existing wire to run 2 more. I was a little afraid that if I hit a snag I would end up with no wire.
That looks like the best solustion though.

Hiding behind baseboards wouldn't work for me.

Tried pulling on the wire from either end and it won't budge.
Is wireless outdoor speakers an option or are they not very good?
