Rogers to Fido $100 ECF
I was offered a $100 ECF to transfer from Rogers to Fido, by two independent retailers. I was told once I received my final bills from Rogers to phone up them and they will refund everything but $100. That sounds like a good deal, so I switched both my phones. Last month I tried to claim my ECF refund and surprise, surprise Rogers denied the program, then when I pushed harder said no the program exists, just it has to be offered by Rogers, not by a Fido retailer or independent retailer (i.e. Best Buy) So I have cancelled, paid for the cancellation and paid set up fees all to the Rogers corporation, and they continue to get my money. Neat trick eh?
Anyone else run into this problem? Any suggestions? I have contacted both Office of the Presidents already.
