Is there any number I can call to bypass the outsourced Bell Aliant technical assistance for FibreOp TV? They poorly read a script and create tickets that aren't followed up on. All I want is someone help me with my missing On Demand content. These people do not have a clue. I thought Bell TV customer service was bad but these guys take the prize.
I'm sure my problem can easily be solved by a programming fix but I need to get my message to them.
Try their social media contact on twitter.. they are usually pretty responsive there. Also, sometimes choosing French at the voice prompt will get you someone local..that hopefully speaks english better than the outsourced crew.
What they said. The Twitter team is pretty responsive and capable of either solving problems themselves, or getting you in contact with someone who can.
They help some people... mostly ones who forgot to check the batteries first... or didn't plug in the HDMI cable.
Once in a while, if you have a real problem, you'll luck out and get someone who escalates it properly...but usually it's the frustration game.
The Twitter/Social media actually called me to confirm dates and what I wanted after a few direct messages. Treat them nicely and they will get things done.
The Twitter Team were great and helped solve my issue. Actually had someone phone me to guide through the fix.
