Fibe receiver frozen on blue logo
Could you please advise me on the following situation.
One of my Fibe wireless receivers is frozen on the blue logo. Bell has a support page that covers that but it assumes that the signal LED is red. In my case, the signal strength "meter" shows 4 LEDs lite. The power LED is on and the Blue HD LED lights. In fact, it goes on and off as I press the power button.
The other receivers work fine. I've tried power-ok-down to reset it but that didn't seem to change things.
Am I resetting it correctly? Is this a call to Bell?
