Unusual VHF high band antenna

I know youre working on a VHF high band antenna. Have you seen this one ? It claims 14 db on channels 6 to 12 (7 to 13 Americas). Whats kind of unusual about it is that the driven element is a horizontal folded dipole and its on the other side (bottom) of the boom than the directors are on. Plus the backwards corner reflector, and that it needs additional mast support.
