Why doesn't Giuseppe Rising Crust pizza rise but bakes flat, for 5th time now.

So sometimes i buy Giuseppe pepperoni rising crust pizza and now for the 5th time, it bakes flat and doesn't rise. I notice after opening the box the thick plastic around the frozen pizza is loose and baggy and not air tight sealed but with no frost on pizza(which is good). I carefully cut the pizza in half while frozen and bake 1/2 at a time and
it doesn't rise. I bake other half next night and same thing happens. And the flat dough is horrible, its seems partly raw, heavy and rubbery.(the top of pizza and sauce tastes great but the flat crust dough is a nightmare). I also get (sorry to say) ummm, diahrrea after i eat it. So why does the Giuseppe pepperoni pizza i buy
bakes flat? Anyone know? This didnt happen when i bought it some years ago. I googled why doesn't Giuseppe frozen pizza rise and bakes flat and nothing shows. Maby im the first to post about this? What??
