I've been in a couple of times, as they have a reasonably good selection, and I want to support local, independent retailers if possible...but their customer service seems to be lacking.
Just last week, I went in, actively looking, and had some questions for the sales guy. His attitude was very dismissive and condescending. He seemed more interested in proving to me that their prices were on par with Best Buy - when I didn't even ask about pricing - rather than listening to me, or answering my questions.
Frankly, I don't have a lot of faith in them. The way I see it, if I'm going to get not-very-helpful service, I might as well go to one of the large chains, so that at least I'll get the benefit of somewhat decent exchange/return and 30 day price matching policy.
