Underscan problem on Insignia 47" LCD

Hi, I just bought a 47" Insignia LCD for my family room. The only problem is that it has underscan that I cannot figure out how to fix. It usually just shows up during commercials when you can see that the whole picture does not go right to the top and sometimes the sides of the screen. An annoying white light is there instead. Does anyone know if anything can be done about this? How do you acces the service menu on Insignia TV's? The panel inside says Samsung.

See the following post on the topic. You need to change one of the settings on the TV to get away from the 1:1 pixel mapping mode. This is usually done in one of several ways:

- changing the stretch mode
- changing the overscan setting in the user setup menu
- sometimes it's a setting under HDMI settings in the input menu or in the setup menu.
