Videotron now offering a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee
Videotron, Quebec’s largest provider of cable television, high speed internet access, cable telephony and wireless phone service announced today it has implemented a 30-day full-satisfaction-or-money-back guarantee for new customers.
The new customer guarantee applies to all Videotron products and services.
The company says customers who are not fully satisfied within the 30 days following product installation or activation will be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the equipment and the monthly fee. In addition, Videotron will cover the cost of a technician’s visit if it is necessary to cancel the service.
“We have such strong confidence in our products and services that we are prepared to guarantee each and every customer full satisfaction,” said Robert Depatie, President and Chief Executive Officer of Videotron.
Videotron provides service to more than 1.8 million households in Quebec.
