Integra ships THX-Ultra2 Power Amplifier
Integra, makers of premium audio and video components, this week announced the availability of the Integra DTA-70.1, a THX Ultra 2 certified nine-channel home theater power amplifier rated at 150-Watts per channel.
The heavy duty amplifier, which weighs in at 50 pounds, was designed by the comopany as a companion product to its DHC-80.1 9.2-channel AV processor.
Integra’s new amp is an all-analog power amplifier with a big 11.7 amp power supply, professional-style balance line inputs and like all Integra amps, it uses the company’s own wide range amplifier technology. It’s got an FTC Dynamic Power specification of 180 Watts into 8 ohms and 400 Watts into 3 ohms. The DTA-70.1 boasts a signal to noise ratio of 110dB.
The Integra DTA-70.1 power amplifier is now available for $1,800 U.S.
