Top Exec leaves Wind Mobile

After just eighteen months in the job and less than three months after Wind Mobile launched its service in Toronto and Calgary, Chris Robbins, Chief Customer Officer and number two man at Wind Mobile has left the company.

In a blog post on the Wind Mobile blog, Mr. Robbins does not say why he is leaving the company, or whether he was asked to leave. When asked Anthony Lacavera, chairman of Wind Mobile would only say that the decision on Robbins departure was “mutual.”

Wind Mobile is believed to have only signed up around 10,000 wireless subscribers since it began operation in mid-December.
