Apple refreshes Mac line-up; reveals magic mouse
In an apparent effort to steal a bit of Microsoft’s Windows 7 thunder this week, Apple today unveiled a slew of new Mac computers including new iMac’s with 21.5 and 27-inch displays, a new MacBook with LED-Backlit display, new Mac mini’s and the Magic Mouse, billed as the world’s first multi-touch mouse.
The new iMac line features 16:9 LED-backlit 21.5 and 27-inch widescreen displays and comes with faster processors, faster graphics, redesigned speakers, and the all new wireless Magic Mouse.

The Magic Mouse uses Apple’s multi-touch technology, pioneered on the iPhone, which allows customers to navigate using intuitive finger gestures. Instead of mechanical buttons, scroll wheels or scroll balls, the entire top of the Magic Mouse is a seamless touch-sensitive enclosure that allows it to be a single or multi-button mouse with advanced gesture support.
Other new Apple hardware offerings include: upgraded Mac Mini’s which feature faster processors and twice the memory; a new Mac Mini with Snow Leopard server; and a new MacBook with LED-Backlit Display, multi-touch trackpad & seven-hour battery life.
